Why More and More People Are Switching to Titanium
Who is a titanium cutting board suitable for?
Whether you're a hobby chef or a professional – a high-quality cutting board makes a noticeable difference in everyday life. A titanium cutting board is suitable if you:
- consciously want to avoid microplastics
- expect the highest hygiene in the kitchen
- are looking for a durable premium product
- don't have time for elaborate maintenance

The main advantages at a glance
- Hygienic: No absorption of liquids or bacteria
- Odor-neutral: No residue from fish, meat, or vegetables
- Durable: No warping, no swelling
- Dishwasher-safe: Easy cleaning without effort
- Sustainable: Fewer replacement purchases due to long lifespan
Why more and more people are switching to titanium
More and more households are replacing classic cutting boards with modern materials like titanium. The reason: increasing awareness of hygiene, health, and sustainability. A titanium cutting board offers a long-term solution that is both practical and hygienically superior.

TitanBoard® vs. other titanium and stainless steel cutting boards
Meanwhile, countless other providers are advertising their often very thin and sharp-edged stainless steel or titanium cutting boards on social media.
In the product development of our TitanBoard®, we also experimented with material thickness and, after extensive testing, deliberately chose a thickness of 2mm, while other providers often work with only 1mm or even less. Although the greater material thickness results in higher manufacturing costs, it significantly improves handling in everyday life: the TitanBoard® feels significantly more premium and solid in a haptic comparison. In addition, its higher weight makes it easier to place stably on the kitchen surface and it slips less.
To further reduce slipping on different materials, we developed an anti-slip mat, which is included in the single set with a TitanBoard® or in the 2-piece set with 2 TitanBoards® at a special price.
